The Family Fee Listing Report displays a list of families with CDE family fees. This report is based on the family fee amount assigned to the family, NOT the actual fees charged. This report can be used to get a list of all CDE family fee paying families. Another great use for this report is to verify whether or not all CDE fee paying families have been billed after the bulk billing has been done. For example, if you do your bulk billing for all families on the 20^th of each month, you can run this report on the last day of the month with the service month entered in the Effective Date filters and “Not Billed” selected for the Billed Status filter. The families included in the results are families that should have been billed, but have not yet been billed as of the date the report is run.

The report criteria form includes filters for Division, Specialist, Program, Program Group, Center/Provider, Classroom, Effective Date, and Billed Status.

Tip

This report will only include CDE subsidized families and children that will be charged a CDE family fee. The report will not include full-fee families and children.

To View the Family Fee Listing Report:

From the Reports Menu, select the Family Fee Listing Report. The report criteria form will be displayed.
Select a division or select "All" to include all.
Select a specialist or select "All" to include all.
Select a program or select "All" to include all.
Select a program group or select "All" to include all.
Enter a Provider ID or click the Search button to use the Provider Search Form. Or, leave blank to include all providers.
Select a classroom or select "All" to include all.
Enter a date range for the Effective Date filter. The report will list all families that will incur a fee (based on income entries) at any time during the date range entered. Families will be included in the report even if their fees began after the start date entered for the filter or if their fees ended prior to the stop date of the filter. Also, the report will display all fees in effect during the date range entered.
Select an option for the Billed Status filter.
1. Select "All" to include all families, regardless of whether or not they have been billed.
2. Select "Not Billed" to get a list of families that have not yet been billed for the date range entered in the Effective Date filter (i.e. families with an invoice dated within the specified date range).
3. Select "Billed" to get a list of the families that have been billed for the date range entered in the Effective Date filter (i.e. families with an invoice dated within the specified date range).
Check the Show Active Children option to include child information on the report.
Check the Show Schedule Data Data option to include schedule information on the report.
Check the Show Criteria option to include information on the filter criteria used for the report.
Click the Display Report button to view the report. You will have the option to print or save a copy to your computer.

Additional Information:

The Family Fee Listing Report does not reference family fee billing history. It only references the family's income and the Always Waive Fee box on the Family Form: Case Info Page and the Waive Fee as of Family Fee Effective Date field on the Family Form: Income/Family Fee Page. Families will be excluded from this report if their fee is being waived.
This report is designed only to include CDE subsidized families with a family fee. The report does not include fee information for full fee/private pay children in a center-based program.
