Admin Portal- Audit Report

The Audit Report can be used to get a list of the actions performed throughout the NoHo Portals system. The results display includes Timestamp (date and time of the action), user's name, username/login, audit event, event details, and child name.


The filter options available for the report include user, event, start date, and stop date. 



To view the Audit Report:

  1. From the Admin Portal Dashboard, click the Audit Report link in the menu.

  2. On the Audit Log criteria page, click the Family button or Provider button depending on the Audit Log information you prefer to view. 



  3. Select a specific family/provider or select "All Families" or "All Providers."

  4. In the Event field, select the type of actions to include in the report or select "All."

  5. To include login and logout events, check the Include Login/Out Events box.

  6. Enter a date range to filter for actions during a specific period.

  7. Click the Go button.
