Admin Portal- Manage Case Managers/Payment Techs

This page is used to manage the list of available contacts on the Provider Portal- Agency Representative Page and the Family Portal- Agency Representative Page.

Messages sent through the Family and Provider Portal will be delivered to the agency staff via email.



To activate/deactivate a contact:

  1. From the Admin Portal Dashboard, click the Manage Contacts link in the menu.

  2. On the Manage Contacts Page, click the Case Managers or Payment Techs button.
    Contacts in the Case Manager listing are displayed in the Family Portal- Agency Representative Page. Contacts in the Payment Tech listing are displayed in the Provider Portal- Agency Representative Page.

  3. Find the contact and click the icon in the Display column to toggle the display status. 
    When a red X is displayed, the contact will not be displayed. When a green check is displayed, the contact will be displayed.



Additional Information:

  • Click the Back link at the top of the page to return to the Admin Portal Dashboard.

  • This feature allows one way communication only. Messages sent through the Family and Provider Portal will be delivered to the agency staff via email. Any replies from staff will need to be sent via email to the family/provider.

  • The Case Managers and Payment Tech lists includes all specialists with an email entered from the Specialist Setup Form in CARE.
