Family Portal- Agency Representative Page

The Agency Representative/Contact Page can be used to send a message to an agency representative.

To contact an agency representative:

1. From the Dashboard, click the Agency Representative button. The Contact Page will be displayed.
   
   
   
   
   
2. Select an agency representative to contact from the listing.
   
   
3. Enter your message.
   
   
4. Click the Send button. An email will be sent to the designated agency representative.
   Note: this feature allows one-way communication only. Any replies or additional information from the agency representative will be done via email, phone, or in writing. Messages cannot be sent back to the family using the Portal.
