Family Portal - Upload PDF Documents
The Upload PDF Page is used to submit required documents to the agency for review. Note: only PDF documents are accepted. File size cannot exceed 5 MB.
To upload a document:
From the dashboard, click on the Upload PDF Documents menu option. Click Add Document
Click Choose File to select the file. Be sure to sign in the signature box before clicking the save button. The uploaded file will have an additional page at the end of the file with the parent’s signature.
Once the document is saved, it will be listed in the Upload PDF Documents page until an administrator from the agency approves or denies the document. There is an option to delete the document, which can be done by clicking the Delete link. Only delete documents that were uploaded in error.
