NoHo CARE Online User Guide
Attendance Menu
The attendance features in NoHo CARE allow agencies operating child care centers to track child attendance data. The attendance data can be used to populate various reports, including the CDNFS-9500 and CDNFS-8501. The Attendance Tracking feature is split into three basic functions listed on the Attendance Menu:
- Attendance Sheet Printing: Using the Attendance Sheet Report, you can print attendance sheets with pre-filled information (child name, schedule, etc.). The attendance sheets are often placed in the classroom or at the front desk. Parents will write in the time in, time out, and sign each day. There are many different attendance sheet formats available in CARE.
- Attendance Entry: Used to enter days and hours of attendance. There are three different methods available for entering attendance (Child Listing, Daily, and Monthly).
- Attendance History: Used to view and print attendance information. There are two different ways to view the attendance history (Daily and Monthly). Using the Attendance History Pages, you can also delete incorrect attendance history so that the correct information may be entered.
The Attendance Menu includes the following pages:
Attendance Entry- Child Listing Method
Attendance Entry- Daily Method
Attendance Entry- Monthly Method
Attendance History- Daily View
Attendance History- Monthly View
Additional Information
There are many options that CARE Administrators can use on the Calculation Page of System Options to determine which dates and other data factors affect the default attendance generation on the three attendance entry forms in CARE.
