Payment Summary Report


The Payment Summary Report lists payment and family fee information grouped by program. The report includes primary parent name and SSN, month of care, the number of children and total payments by age group, and the overall number of children and total payments. There are also unduplicated counts of families, children, and payments and a grand total at the end of the report.


Report filters include division, data source, start date, stop date, and program.



This feature will only be used by agencies with Provider Payment Programs (APP, CalWORKs, etc). When this functionality is not needed, CARE Administrators can hide the page by setting View rights to "No" for all users.



To View the Payment Summary Report


  1. From the Reports Menu, select the Payment Summary Report. The report criteria form will be displayed.




  2. Enter the necessary filters.
    For the Data Source option, you can choose to include either projected or actual payments in the report results.

  3. Click the Display Report button. Once the report is displayed, you will have the option to print or save a copy to your computer.
