Archive Utilities Page

The Archive Utilities Page allows authorized users to archive family fee and provider payment data based on user defined criteria. 


Family Fee Archive Utility

The Family Fee Archive Utility will archive fees matching the criteria entered. Users can select a division and a date.  All Family Fee invoices with a zero balance meeting the division criteria with an invoice date equal or prior to the date entered will be archived.  Non-zero balance invoices will not be archived, regardless of the date entered.



Note: There is a Data Source filter available on the following pages and reports: Family Fee History Page, Family Fee Statement, Family Fee Aging Report, and Family Fee Transaction Report.



Provider Payment Archive Utility

This feature will only be used by agencies with Provider Payment Programs (APP, CalWORKs, etc). 

The Provider Payment Archive Utility will archive provider payments matching the criteria entered. Users can select a division, exported status, and date. All provider payments meeting the division and exported status filter criteria with a voucher date equal or prior to a user-entered date will be archived.
