  2. Edit the Start Date (if necessary)

  3. Edit the Stop Date (if necessary)

  4. Edit the Program selection (if necessary)

Applicable Setup and System Options

  • The values for the Program field are defined by CARE Administrators in the Program Setup Form.

  • There is a "Program Stop Date is ___________ Certification Stop Date" (on the Validation Page of System Options). The selection in this field determines the allowable relationship between the Program Stop Date entered on this page and the Certification Stop Date (entered on the Family Form: Case Info Page). The options available are: "not related to", "greater than", "greater or equal to", "less than" , "less or equal to" and "equal to".

  • There is an "Only allow program stop dates on the last day of a month" system option (on the Validation Page of System Options). When this option is enabled, users will only be allowed to enter program stop dates falling on the last day of the month. If a date is entered that is not the last day of the month, upon saving the record, users will be required to adjust the program stop date.

  • There is a "Program assignment will be tracked at the Child level/Schedule detail level" system option (on the Validation Page of System Options). This option allows CARE Administrators to select whether program data is tracked at the child level or the schedule detail level. When "Child level" is selected, programs are assigned on the Child Form: Programs Page and a child can only be enrolled in one program at a time. When "Schedule detail level" is selected, programs are assigned on the Schedule Form: Enrollment Page and the child can be enrolled in multiple programs simultaneously.

  • There is a "Set child program stop date by child term date" system options (on the Term Options Page of System Options). When this option is enabled and a child term date is entered, the program stop date will be set to match the child termination date.

  • For the majority of the fields on this page, the applicable security rights for a user are based on the user's rights to the "FORM Schedule" and "FORM Schedule Detail Edit" security objects. Two exceptions are:
    • The "FORM Schedule - Rates" security object controls the user's rights to the Rate fields and Co-pay fields on this page.
    • The "FORM Schedule Enrollment - Schedule Automation" security object controls the user's rights to the Auto Generate Schedule button on this page.
Note: Security rights are set by CARE Administrators on the User Security Page.
  • CARE Administrators can use Custom Properties to set properties (hide, lock, require entry, set default value, etc) for the Default Program field.
