Attendance Hours by Month Report

The Attendance Hours by Month Report can be used to report on the total hours of attendance for each month and an average monthly attendance hours for the selected families and children.

This report has the following filters: Attendance Period, Division, Family, Child, Provider, Classroom, Program Group, Program, and Schedule Type (Set/Variable/Include All).


The report has the following grouping options:

  • Family/Child/Month
  • Program/Family/Child/Month
  • Provider/Family/Child/Month
  • Provider/Program/Family/Child/Month


Tips

  • As long as attendance is entered for children, this report can be used by both center based programs (CCTR, CSPP, etc.) and provider payment programs (CalWORKs, APP, etc.).

  • This report can be used to determine whether a full time or part time care is used for children with variable schedules.


To view the Attendance Hours by Month Report:

  1. From the Family Reports Menu, select the Attendance Hours by Month Report. The report criteria form will be displayed.



  2. Enter the applicable filters.

  3. Select the grouping for the report results. Choose "Family/Child/Month", "Program/Family/Child/Month", "Provider/Family/Child/Month", or "Provider/Program/Family/Child/Month".

  4. Click the Display Report button to view the report. You will have the option to print or save a copy to your computer.


Additional Information:

  • This report is also available on the Family Form and Child Form. When accessed via the Family Form, the report will only show information for the individual family. When accessed via the Child Form, the report will only show information for the individual child.
