NoHo CARE Online User Guide
CalWORKs Expiration Report
The CalWORKs Expiration Report can be used to get a list of families whose Stage 1 Stop Date, Stage 2 Stop Date, Stage 3 Stop Date, Cash Aid Term Date, or Ineligibility Date occur during the specified month. Note: these dates are entered on the Family Form: CalWORKs Page.
This feature will only be used by agencies with a CalWORKs provider payment program. When this functionality is not needed, CARE Administrators can hide the page by setting View rights to "No" for all users.
The report lists the family’s CalWORKs expiration date, family ID number, and family name.
In addition to filtering by CalWORKs stage, you may also limit the report output by division, specialist, month/year, termination status, and effective date.

- From the Reports Menu, select the CalWORKs Expiration Report. The report criteria form will be displayed.
