Family Form: Transfer Page

The Transfer Page on the Family Form displays a list of any children that have been transferred out of family. This feature is designed to allow you to move a foster child from one foster family to another, while maintaining a single child record in CARE.
The information on this page is display only. The actual child transfer process is performed on the Child Form: Transfer Page.

- The child transfer process is performed on the Child Form: Transfer Page.
Once the transfer is performed, any historical or pending provider payment or family fee information for the child will remain linked to the original (“Transfer From”) family. The new family/child association will be used for all payment and family fee data generated after the child tranfer.
