Native Language Setup Form
The Native Language Setup Form is used to maintain the language options available on the /wiki/spaces/NSSD/pages/103612425, Child Form, and Provider Form.
The native language options and codes are defined by CDE.
The following entries are required for proper system functionality. Descriptions for each entry may be adjusted slightly, but changes to the codes may cause system-wide issues.
