Food Program Eligibility Status Setup Form

The Food Program Eligibility Status Setup Form is used to maintain the Child Care Food Program eligibility status levels.
This feature will only be used by agencies with Center Based Programs (CSPP, CCTR, Full Fee, etc.).
The following entries are required for proper system functionality. Descriptions for each entry may be adjusted slightly, but changes to the codes may cause system-wide issues.
